Other: This a fun book to read, and it really shows how much we get caught up in ourselves and ignore what God is trying tell us. ~Faith
Fancy Nancy (Series)--Jane O'Conner
Summary: Nancy loves being fancy. She tries to make everyone around her fancy. Sometimes it doesn't work very well, but it's always fun. Being fancy is hard work. Other: This is a fun series. The pictures are sparkly and colorful, and the stories are pretty funny. I like the first one best. ~Faith
Food Fight--Carol Diggory Sheilds
Summary: "Last night, when you were fast asleep, snoring unawares....." The food in your house go wild. You never know what they're going to do..... Other: This is a personal favorite of mine, as well as my sister and mom. I chose it from our old library and made my sister read it to me hundreds of times. Eventually, we even memorized a little bit of the book. This is a book with funny poems and puns, and the pictures are very colorful. This was one of my favorite books when I was in preschool, I highly recommend it. ~Faith
Knuffle Bunny (Trilogy)--Mo Willems
Summary: Trixie is extremely attached to Knuffle Bunny. So, naturally, she takes Knuffle Bunny to the Laundromat with her. But Trixie never plans to leave anything behind.... Other: This is an extremely cute trilogy. The mixture of cartoon pictures and black and white photographs is interesting to look at. And the separation anxiety between Knuffle Bunny and Trixie is amusing. But don't read the last book if you don't want to see Knuffle Bunny go. ~Amy
Llama Llama Red Pajama (Series)--Anna Dewdney
Summary: Baby llama is tucked into bed and given a kiss before his mom turns off the light and leaves the room. Uh oh. He is starting to panic. Where has Mama gone? What will Baby Llama do? Other: I really like this book. The rhymes are fun, and the ending was cute. I have read all of the Llama Llama books. They are not as good as the first one, but they are fun. ~Faith

Summary: Prince Herbie and his father (The King) is loved by most all, but soon, the king is called off to war. After a while, the people start getting restless, and things start getting Topsy-turvy. Will Herbie be able to convince them that his father's rules are best? Other: This is a great book, and the rhymes and illustrations are really fun. ~Faith

Summary: The very worried sparrow has always been worried--worried about food, flying, shelter, and all sorts of other things. How will he turn his "Meep meeps" into "Cheep cheeps?" Will a visit to the craftsman help him to realize exactly what's important in life? Other: This is a very sweet, short story. My family loved it. It's cute and has a very good moral.
